The Status quo is key deliverable in the project implementation and it clarifies and brings to surface hidden problems and challenges as well as facilitates the mapping of training modules and topics with suitable solutions.
In this report Bulgarian team of experts summariz the situation in Bulgaria: social and ethnic specifics of the vulnerable groups of youngsters; most common reasons for premature leaving of school; the role of the school for counteracting the known reasons for exclusion; existing country policies for dealing with the exclusion, etc. It provides valuable information on teacher qualification and needs.
