Within the scope of KA3 EMPAQT project funded by the European Commission, coordinated by the Muğla Provincial Directorate of National Education, an applied in-service training activity is organized for teachers working in vocational high schools in order to reduce the school education rate throughout the province.
Maltepe University, Bilgi University and Muğla Sıtkı Koçman University, in-service training program with 35 teachers who are experts in the field started this week and will end on Friday. After the end of the training, classroom practices will be carried out until the end of the academic year. Academicians in charge of this process will guide our teachers.
It is planned to present a report to the Ministry of National Education on issues such as the extent to which the activities implemented in the pilot schools at the end of the academic year are working, the obstacles encountered, the solution proposal. In addition, initiatives will be made to include the Ministry of National Education in the Center for In-Service Training Activities in order to disseminate the Education Program in-service training program developed throughout the project throughout the country.
At the end of the project, an International Symposium on School Territory will be organized in Maltepe University and the Muğla Provincial Directorate of National Education in Istanbul, where presentations and discussions will be held on the situation, causes and consequences of school dropouts in European countrie
